Our acclaimed Executive Chef Corinna Mozo has combined her Cuban heritage and French training to bring you some of the most delicious food in the city. From sandwiches and plates to sides and salads,  all of our offerings are made in-house including our bread, deserts and hot sauce. 

chef mozo has been making Our signature Pressed Cubano since her early days in boston. it is made with slow roasted pork shoulder, gruyere, grainy mustard and cornichons for one of the best cubanos around.

at la cubana, you will come across may “medianoches”. A medianoche, which means "midnight" in Spanish, is a classic Cuban sandwich that gets its name from being traditionally enjoyed as a late-night bite. During the golden era of Havana's nightlife in the 1930s-1950s, workers, performers, and night owls would often seek a hearty but quick meal after a night of festivities, and the medianoche became a go-to choice.

Cuban plates are a staple at La Cubana. All served with rice and beans, red cabbage slaw and fresh pressed tostones, we offer favourites like achiote chicken, guava bbq short rib and a veggie plate with A VEGAN BLACK BEAN CAKe, to name a few. We take pride in our inherently Cuban Vegan and vegetarian options. They are NOT afterthoughts!
