About Chef Mozo
Chef Corinna Mozo is an accomplished chef and restaurateur with over three decades of culinary excellence. A 1989 graduate of Stratford Chefs School, she honed her skills under James Beard Award-winning chef Lydia Shire in Boston. As Chef de cuisine at Chez Henri (1994–1997), Corinna earned accolades from Esquire and Julia Child. She was invited to cook at the prestigious James Beard House in NYC and was named a rising star chef by Conde Nast publications and Wine Spectator after opening her first restaurant, Truc, in 1998.
In 2008, she launched Delux on Ossington in Toronto, featured among Toronto Life's top 10 best new restaurants. Expanding her vision, Corinna opened La Cubana on Roncesvalles in 2013, followed by a second location on Ossington in 2015, bringing her signature blend of Cuban-inspired cuisine to the city's vibrant food scene.
